Marispray
Thin skin liner.
Marispray® is a two-component polyurea silicate spray-coating resin designed to be applied as a thin skin liner for consolidation and sealing.
Once mixed, Marispray® gels instantly and sets into a strong bonded liner with excellent mechanical properties.
The spray will fill gaps between loose rocks, sets and consolidates the ground building a shell inside the tunnel and preventing rock falls. Marispray® remains unaffected by water, is non-foaming and can even adhere to damp surfaces.

Injected using a metering pump in 1:1 ratio by volume and is applied through a spray nozzle.

- Sealant coating to prevent ore oxidation.
