Mr. Webster is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of CPM Holdings.  CPM Holdings, Inc. (“CPM”) is a diversified leading global supplier of process equipment and engineered technologies that sustainably feed, fuel, and build a better world. With its growing family of 17 market-leading product brands, CPM serves a variety of industries including animal feed, consumer food, green energy, advanced materials and sustainable packaging. Founded in 1883, CPM has 1,700 employees across 36 facilities on 4 continents with presence in 150+ countries. From the foods you eat to the fuels you require, CPM plays an important role in making the world more efficient and more sustainable.   CPM was purchased by Rosebank Industries plc for $2.3 billion in May 2026.

In addition, for over 20 years, Mr. Webster was the President and CEO of Electrical Components International, Inc. (“ECI”). ECI is a global electronics manufacturing business with over $1.4 billion in revenue and serving the appliance, specialty transportation, AG & Construction, HVAC, commercial appliance, automotive, marine, defense and aerospace markets.  ECI has over 26,000 employees and has operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, China, Korea, Morocco, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, Thailand, Belgium and United Kingdom. Mr. Webster has grown ECI from a $150 million business through both organic growth and inorganic growth initiatives.  

In 1997, Mr. Webster became a partner at Mills & Partners, a management firm dedicated to the sourcing, management and operation of private equity investments exclusively for Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst Incorporated (“HMTF”).  In 2001, Mr. Webster co-founded Hanley Partners, Inc. Hanley Partners succeeded Mills & Partners in the management of HMTF investments. While at Hanley Partners and its predecessor, Mills & Partners, Mr. Webster was responsible for sourcing, negotiating and executing more than $10 billion of leveraged buyout and private equity transactions. In addition, Mr. Webster was responsible for the management of industrial companies with combined revenue of over $4 billion. 

Mr. Webster has participated in transactions in almost all industrialized countries in the world.  Mr. Webster has also led numerous asset redeployments whereby operations have been relocated to jurisdictions such as India, Thailand, Morocco, The Philippines, Indonesia, Mexico and China.  While a partner with HMTF, Mr. Webster has held ownership interests in a number of companies and has served on their board of directors including Viasystems Group, Inc, Berg Electronics, Inc., International Wire, Courtesy Corp., Crain Industries, and the Dallas Stars Hockey Club.

Prior to joining Mills & Partners, Mr. Webster was a partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges where he represented various private equity firms.  Mr. Webster has participated in over $35 billion of merger and acquisition transactions.  Mr. Webster also serves as the Chairman of Volex plc and an independent director of Revere Plastics Systems, The Legacy Companies, Robertshaw Controls Company, Vivos Holdings, Inc and Universal Fibers, Inc.  Mr. Webster  is a member of the visiting committee of Case Western Reserve University and the Board of the Kent State University Business School.  Mr. Webster received his BBA Summa Cum Laude from Kent State University and his JD Order of the Coif from Case Western Reserve University.
 
 

Karl A. (Tony) Calandra serves as a Board Member and Shareholder of Jennmar Holdings LLC. Following his tenure as Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2026, Tony remains actively involved in supporting the company's strategic direction, growth initiatives, and long-term success.

A member of the Calandra family, which has guided Jennmar since its founding in 1922, Tony joined the organization in 2002 and brings more than 22 years of leadership and industry experience. During his time as CEO, Jennmar experienced significant growth, more than tripling in size while expanding its position as a leading global provider of infrastructure products and specialized services supporting the mining, civil infrastructure, construction, solar, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

Before joining Jennmar, Tony was a Senior Accountant with Ernst & Young. He earned his bachelor's degree from Bucknell University and received his MBA from Waynesburg University in 2009.

Tony continues to provide valuable insight and leadership through his service on several industry and corporate boards. He serves on the boards of the National Mining Association, the Pennsylvania Coal Alliance, and Rocbolt Resins Australia. He is also Chairman of the Board for Jennmar Australia, Jennmar Canada, and Jennmar Tianjin.

As a Board Member and Shareholder, Tony leverages his extensive knowledge of Jennmar's customers, operations, and culture to help guide the organization and support its continued growth across a diverse range of industries worldwide.

Tim Maziarz, Chief Financial Officer, joined Jennmar in August of 2004. Before joining Jennmar, he worked for Ernst & Young LLP in Pittsburgh from 1995 to 2004 and served as a Senior Manager on various middle market and multinational clients in the manufacturing and construction industries. Tim graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

James Pfeifer is the General Counsel of Jennmar Holdings LLC and Subsidiaries. James joined Jennmar in 2014. He is responsible for the companies’ day-to-day legal matters, manages the companies’ intellectual property portfolio, and oversees all M&A activity. He received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a JD from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law. Before joining Jennmar, he worked as a litigation associate at McGuireWoods, LLP and Pepper Hamilton, LLP.

Eugene (Gene) Lockhart Jr. is a global operations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading complex manufacturing organizations, enterprise transformations, and strategic growth initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia. Throughout his career, Gene has built a reputation for transforming operations, integrating acquisitions, optimizing global manufacturing footprints and supply chains, and delivering measurable improvements in profitability, operational performance, and shareholder value.

His executive expertise spans global manufacturing operations, supply chain and distribution, procurement, strategic sourcing, quality systems, information technology, finance, mergers and acquisitions, organizational transformation, and international Greenfield start-ups. Gene has extensive experience partnering with private equity firms, investment banks, executive leadership teams, and boards of directors to improve business performance, accelerate post-acquisition integration, and create sustainable enterprise value.

Over the course of his career, Gene has held senior executive leadership positions with global manufacturing organizations, directing operations across dozens of manufacturing facilities worldwide while overseeing large-scale global sourcing and procurement organizations managing hundreds of millions of dollars in annual spend. His leadership includes manufacturing strategy, Lean transformation, operational excellence, supply chain optimization, ERP implementation, and the development of high-performing global teams. He has successfully led acquisition integrations, implemented enterprise-wide operational improvements, and delivered significant EBITDA growth, cost reductions, and procurement savings while strengthening global operating platforms.

Raised in the coalfields of southern West Virginia, Gene credits his father, a coal miner, and his mother, a schoolteacher, with instilling the work ethic, integrity, and resilience that have defined both his personal life and professional career. He earned his degree from Concord University, where he received a football scholarship, was a four-year letterman, and helped lead the program to two national playoff appearances.

Today, Gene resides in the Palm Beach area of Florida and remains committed to giving back to his alma mater as a member of the Concord University Foundation Board and Audit Committee. He continues to advise and lead organizations through operational transformation, strategic growth initiatives, and complex global business challenges, combining strategic vision with disciplined execution to build high-performing organizations and create lasting competitive advantage.
 
 

Michael Portwood serves as President, Global Soft Rock for Jennmar, where he leads the company's global soft rock mining operations and supports strategic growth initiatives across key markets. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning the automotive, mining, civil infrastructure, and manufacturing industries.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Sue Bennett College and an Executive MBA from Xavier University. He is also a Journeyman Tool and Die Maker.

His career began at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, where he developed a passion for operational excellence and manufacturing performance. During his time in the automotive industry, he held positions including Tool and Die Maker, Engineering Manager, Business Development Leader, and Plant Manager, building a strong foundation in manufacturing, process improvement, and leadership.

As an entrepreneur, Michael founded and operated several successful businesses. These included a tool and die company serving the automotive industry through the design and manufacture of dies, gauges, and fixtures, as well as a manufacturing and distribution company supplying products and services to the mining sector.

Prior to joining Jennmar, Michael served as Vice President of Operations for Minova and later as General Manager of Global Projects for Orica, where he led initiatives to optimize and consolidate the company's global explosives supply chain. He returned to Minova as President, serving in that role for 12 years and helping drive growth and operational excellence across the organization.

Today, Michael leverages his extensive operational, manufacturing, and mining experience to support Jennmar's global soft rock business and its continued commitment to delivering innovative ground control and infrastructure solutions worldwide.

David Hurd serves as President, Americas Hard Rock for Jennmar, where he leads the company's hard rock mining operations throughout North and South America. With more than 30 years of industry experience, David is responsible for driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting Jennmar's commitment to delivering innovative products and solutions to the hard rock mining sector.

A qualified Electrical Engineer, David has built a distinguished career in mining leadership, operations, and business development. Throughout his 32-year career, he has held several executive positions, including General Manager of Long Airdox, President and Chief Operating Officer of Fenner Dunlop, and Managing Director of Jennmar Canada.

Since joining Jennmar in 2010, David has played an integral role in the company's growth and expansion within key mining markets. His extensive industry knowledge, operational expertise, and customer-focused leadership style have helped strengthen Jennmar's position as a trusted partner to mining operations across the Americas.

David is committed to delivering exceptional customer support, developing strong partnerships, and driving continuous improvement. His leadership continues to support Jennmar's mission of providing high-quality ground control and infrastructure solutions that help customers operate safely and efficiently.

Trent Roberts serves as President, International Hard Rock for Jennmar, where he leads the company's hard rock mining operations and strategic growth initiatives across international markets. He works closely with customers, distribution partners, and operational teams to deliver innovative ground support solutions while advancing Jennmar's global presence in the hard rock mining sector.

A qualified Geotechnical Engineer, Trent brings extensive experience in mining operations, project management, and business leadership. Throughout his career, he has worked with both large and small mining companies, holding a variety of technical, operational, and management roles that have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's challenges and opportunities.

Since joining Jennmar in 2009, Trent has played a key role in supporting the company's international growth and strengthening relationships with customers around the world. His expertise includes identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing systems and processes, and driving operational efficiencies that enhance productivity, safety, and long-term performance.

Trent is particularly passionate about developing practical solutions that improve mine safety and operational effectiveness. His collaborative leadership style, technical knowledge, and commitment to customer success continue to support Jennmar's growth and reputation throughout the global hard rock mining industry.

Gareth King serves as President of Jennmar Australia, where he leads the company's operations, strategic growth initiatives, and customer engagement efforts throughout Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region. He is responsible for advancing Jennmar's market presence, supporting operational excellence, and delivering innovative ground support solutions that help customers operate safely and efficiently.

Gareth earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering and began his career in the automotive industry as a Product Design Specialist. He later transitioned into the mine roof and ground support industry, where he built more than 15 years of experience spanning product development, sales and marketing, and executive leadership. Prior to joining Jennmar, Gareth served as a Director of Duraset, where he played a key role in driving business growth and expanding market opportunities.

In 2013, Gareth joined Jennmar to establish and lead the company's operations in South Africa and across the African continent. Under his leadership, Jennmar successfully developed its presence in the region and strengthened relationships with mining customers throughout Africa.

In early 2022, Gareth relocated to Australia with his family to lead Jennmar Australia. Since assuming this role, he has focused on expanding the company's capabilities, enhancing customer support, and building on Jennmar's strong reputation throughout the Australian mining industry.

Gareth's combination of engineering expertise, international leadership experience, and customer-focused approach continues to support Jennmar Australia's growth and long-term success.

Mike Petkovich serves as President of Jennmar Europe, where he leads the company's European operations, including Jennmar Sweden and Weber Mining. In this role, he is responsible for driving strategic growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Jennmar's presence across both soft rock and hard rock mining markets throughout the region.

Mike entered the mining industry in 1998 and has built a diverse international career spanning sales, manufacturing, and executive leadership. Over the course of his career, he has served in a variety of senior management positions, developing extensive experience in operational leadership, business development, and global organizational management.

Prior to joining Jennmar, Mike held several key leadership roles within the Schenck Process Group, including President of Schenck China, based in Beijing, and Managing Director, where he helped lead worldwide operations from Germany. His global experience has given him a deep understanding of international markets, cross-cultural business practices, and the unique challenges facing mining operations around the world.

Having lived and worked in China, Spain, Germany, and Norway, Mike brings a truly global perspective to his leadership role. His broad industry knowledge and international experience continue to support Jennmar's commitment to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer service throughout Europe and beyond.

Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Master's Degree from the Norwegian School of Economics. He is currently based in Norway.

Robert Wise is the Chief Operating Officer, Hard Rock Mining Americas for Jennmar, where he oversees operations and strategic initiatives supporting the company's hard rock mining business throughout the Americas. Since joining Jennmar in 2012, he has helped strengthen operational performance and manufacturing capabilities while fostering a culture centered on safety, quality, and customer service. Robert brings more than 37 years of experience in the mining, civil construction, and manufacturing sectors and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Bruce Johnson is the Senior Vice President of Operations. Bruce joined Jennmar in March of 2015. He has 25 years’ experience in the coal industry starting with Massey energy for 17 years. At Massey, he held the position of Divisional Controller, Management Trainee Underground, Divisional President, and Vice President of Purchasing. Bruce also spent five years at United Coal where he was Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Materials Management. Bruce was also Vice President of Purchasing at Foresight Energy before joining Jennmar. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS in Accounting and earned his MBA at Morehead State University. Bruce earned his CPA license in 1996.

Alex Butt is an accomplished operations executive with more than 15 years of experience leading enterprise-wide, operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing and consulting environments. He has a strong track record of driving lean transformation, scalable growth, and measurable financial performance improvements, partnering closely with private equity firms, boards, and executive leadership teams.

Alex currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Lean Operations at Jennmar. He is tasked with being the architect of the company’s global lean initiative. Serving over 80 facilities worldwide, Alex will educate, empower, and develop operations teams to drive down costs, increase efficiency, and strengthen the workforce’s ability to execute operational improvements.

Before re-entering his new corporate role, Alex served as the Managing Director of Operations at Banner Management Consulting. He led two divisions, oversees business development strategy, and directs large-scale operational improvement initiatives. Throughout his tenure, he has delivered more than $5 million in EBITDA gains for clients, led multiple operational “Boot Camps” generating significant cost savings, and developed Lean Hoshin strategies to support successful ownership transitions for newly acquired companies.

Prior to consulting, Alex held progressive leadership roles at Schneider Electric, including Fabrication Manager, Warehouse/MPH Manager, Lean Manufacturing Engineer, and Quality Engineer. In these roles, he led cross-functional teams of up to 45 employees, reduced inventory by $300,000, improved shipping accuracy by 10%, and drove major quality improvements, including reducing paint defects from 33% to under 1%.
He began his career with the Institute for Lean Systems, where he executed labor and inventory reduction projects, designed daily management systems, and trained teams from frontline associates to executive leadership.

Alex holds a B.S. in Engineering Arts from Georgetown College and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. He is known for his data-driven decision-making, strong cross-functional leadership, and ability to translate lean principles into sustained financial and operational results.
 
 

Ryan Litwinovich serves as Vice President of Sales for Jennmar, where he leads the company's sales strategy and business development efforts across its diverse portfolio of products and services. With extensive experience in mining, energy, manufacturing, and workforce solutions, Ryan plays a key role in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting Jennmar's continued expansion.

Ryan joined Jennmar in 2014 as Director of Oil & Gas for contract labor services. Through a combination of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a customer-focused approach, he helped expand the company's workforce solutions business and build lasting partnerships across multiple industries. He was promoted to Vice President in 2020 and, in July 2025, was named Vice President of Sales.

Prior to joining Jennmar, Ryan spent 13 years with CONSOL Energy, where he held positions supporting both mining and oil & gas operations. His broad industry experience provides valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing Jennmar's customers across key markets.

Ryan holds both an undergraduate degree in Leadership and an MBA from Waynesburg University. His commitment to excellence, relationship-driven leadership style, and deep understanding of customer needs continue to support Jennmar's growth and long-term success.

Renee Radvansky serves as Vice President, Human Resources for Jennmar Holdings LLC and its affiliated companies, overseeing the organization's human resources and domestic payroll functions. With more than four decades of experience supporting the business, Renee plays a key role in workforce development, employee relations, compensation administration, and organizational growth across Jennmar's operations.

A graduate of MSB Business School in Pittsburgh, Renee began her career working for organizations owned by the Rangos family before joining Frank Calandra Inc. in 1985. Throughout her tenure, she has held positions of increasing responsibility and worked closely with the Calandra family, as well as the company's finance, engineering, and operations teams, gaining a broad understanding of Jennmar's business and culture.

In 2008, Renee transitioned into Human Resources, where she helped strengthen and expand the company's HR capabilities during a period of significant growth. She was appointed Corporate HR Director in 2018 and subsequently promoted to Vice President, Human Resources.

Drawing on her extensive institutional knowledge and commitment to employee success, Renee continues to support Jennmar's workforce and leadership team while helping advance the company's long-term strategic objectives.

Michelle Eastly is the Marketing Director for Jennmar Corporation, where she leads brand strategy and marketing execution for multiple companies under the Jennmar Holdings LLC. umbrella across North America and international markets. Jennmar supports essential industries including mining, civil and infrastructure, construction, OEM manufacturing, renewable energy, steel services, ventilation, and workforce solutions.

Michelle brings a strong foundation in visual communications and extensive experience translating complex industrial capabilities into clear, market-focused messaging. She leads a cross-functional marketing team responsible for integrated campaigns, product launches, digital strategy, trade shows, and high-visibility corporate events that strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.

Working closely with executive leadership, operations, and sales teams, Michelle ensures brand alignment, consistency, and measurable impact across a diverse portfolio of businesses. Her leadership has supported initiatives ranging from global marketing programs to large-scale facility events attended by industry leaders, government officials, and members of the media.

Michelle is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Brian Stock serves as the Corporate Safety Manager for Jennmar. He graduated Cum Laude from Alderson Broaddus University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine. In 2017, he earned his Masters in Organizational Leadership from West Liberty University. Brian embarked on his mining career in 1999 as an underground laborer at Murray Energy after gaining experience in both inpatient and outpatient Physical Therapy clinics. His safety career commenced in 2001 at the Century Mine, and he further honed his expertise with CONSOL Energy, where he spent 11 years. Throughout his professional journey, Brian has held various positions, including Safety Inspector, Safety Manager/Supervisor, Corporate Safety Manager, and Environmental/Health/Safety/Security (EHS&S) Manager within the Mining and Manufacturing industries since 2001.

Drew Morgan is the Chief Operating Officer for Jennchem. Drew graduated Cum Laude from West Virginia University in December 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Mining Engineering. Drew worked for 8 years at Consol Energy as an intern and Supervisor in the Pennsylvania operations. In 2015, Drew joined Jennchem as a Technical Service Engineer and was promoted to the Northeast Regional Manager in October of 2016. He was promoted to COO in January 2020.

Jacob Hunter serves as President of Jennmar Civil, where he leads the company's civil infrastructure, tunneling, and geostructural solutions business. In this role, he is responsible for driving strategic growth, supporting operational excellence, and delivering innovative products and services that help customers successfully execute complex infrastructure and underground construction projects throughout North America.

A licensed Professional Engineer, Jacob brings extensive experience in mining, tunneling, geostructural, and heavy civil construction projects. Throughout his career, he has worked in both field operations and engineering leadership roles, providing him with a unique perspective on project planning, execution, and customer support.

Since joining Jennmar in 2011, Jacob has played an important role in expanding the company's civil and infrastructure capabilities. His experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at the Jennmar Specialty Products facility in Virginia as well as managing projects across North America. Through these roles, he has developed deep expertise in ground support systems, underground construction, and the technical challenges facing modern infrastructure projects.

Jacob is a graduate of Ohio University's Russ College of Engineering and Technology and is registered as a Professional Engineer through NCEES. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, he continues to focus on delivering engineering-driven solutions, fostering strong customer partnerships, and advancing Jennmar Civil's position as a trusted provider to the civil infrastructure and tunneling industries.

David Cunningham serves as President of XCAL Group, where he leads the strategic direction, operational performance, and continued growth of the organization's portfolio of industrial and manufacturing businesses. In this role, he works closely with customers, suppliers, and internal leadership teams to drive innovation, expand market opportunities, and strengthen the company's position across multiple industries.

Since joining the Jennmar family of companies in 2010, David has held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility. He began his career with the organization as a Project Manager before being promoted to Jennchem Manager in 2012 and later to JM Business Development Manager in 2016. Through these roles, he gained extensive experience in operations, business development, sales strategy, contract management, and customer engagement across a diverse range of industrial markets.

David's ability to identify growth opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and execute strategic initiatives has contributed to the continued expansion and success of the businesses under his leadership. His experience across multiple JENNMAR-affiliated operations provides a broad understanding of the company's products, services, customers, and long-term objectives.

David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bucknell University and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University. He continues to focus on driving operational excellence, supporting innovation, and creating sustainable growth opportunities for XCAL Group and its customers.

Matthew Brock serves as President of JM Steel, where he is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance, and continued growth of one of North America's leading manufacturers of steel tubing products. He works closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive business development, enhance operational efficiency, and support the company's long-term success.

Matthew joined JM Steel in 2010 and has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility throughout his tenure. His experience spans operations, administration, strategic planning, and business development, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the steel manufacturing industry and the evolving needs of JM Steel's customers and partners.

Prior to joining JM Steel, Matthew was a Project Manager with Huron Consulting Group, where he worked within the firm's Business Advisory and Legal Consulting practices. In that role, he supported clients in managing complex business initiatives and operational challenges across a variety of industries.

Matthew earned his MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Management from West Virginia University.

As President, Matthew continues to focus on strengthening JM Steel's market position, expanding customer relationships, and delivering high-quality steel solutions supported by a commitment to operational excellence and innovation.

Rick Minniti serves as Vice President of Sales, JM Steel, where he leads sales strategy, customer engagement, and business development initiatives across the company's steel tubing product lines. He works closely with customers, manufacturing operations, and distribution partners to strengthen relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support JM Steel's continued expansion throughout North America.

Prior to joining Jennmar, Rick spent more than 25 years with Nucor Corporation, holding a variety of commercial leadership positions across Vulcraft, Cold Finish, and the Bar & Engineered Bar Mill Group. Throughout his career, he developed extensive experience in sales leadership, customer relationship management, operations, and market development while supporting manufacturing and distribution networks across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Rick's broad industry background provides valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing today's steel and manufacturing markets. His collaborative leadership style and customer-focused approach have helped organizations build long-term partnerships and deliver solutions that support sustained growth.

Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance from Youngstown State University. He remains committed to advancing JM Steel's market position through exceptional customer service, strategic growth initiatives, and a focus on operational excellence.

Ryan Toler serves as Vice President, Jennmar Engineering, where he leads engineering initiatives that support Jennmar's mining, civil infrastructure, and ground control operations. Drawing on more than 20 years of industry experience, Ryan works closely with customers and internal teams to develop innovative solutions, advance technical capabilities, and support the successful execution of complex projects.

Prior to joining Jennmar, Ryan held leadership positions with Peabody Energy/Patriot Coal, Contura Energy/Alpha Metallurgical Resources, and Allegheny Metallurgical. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of operational and leadership roles, including General Laborer, Section Foreman, Mine and Project Engineer, Superintendent, Operations Manager, General Manager, and Vice President. His experience spans both room-and-pillar and longwall mining operations, as well as mine development, construction, and startup projects.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering and an MBA from West Virginia University. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

An active contributor to the mining industry, Ryan has served as President of the Kanawha Valley Mining Institute and the West Virginia Coal Mining Institute, as well as a board member of the Pennsylvania Coal Alliance. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Coal and Energy Division of SME and as a member of the West Virginia University Mining Engineering Advisory Committee.

Ryan's combination of engineering expertise, operational leadership, and industry involvement helps support Jennmar's commitment to delivering innovative, reliable solutions for customers worldwide.

Joshua Huth brings more than two decades of experience of robust leadership, safety expertise, and operational excellence in the mining and industrial sectors. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and Management from the Russ College of Engineering at Ohio University.  Josh built a distinguished 13-year career at Consol Energy, advancing through critical on-site roles including safety inspector, section foreman, and longwall foreman, before spending nearly a decade as longwall coordinator. 
 
Josh is a veteran of Jennmar Services where he previously served from 2018 to 2023 as General Manager before transitioning his extensive field knowledge into executive leadership as a Vice President of Operations for Jennmar Corporate. Josh has now returned as the Vice President of Jennmar Services where he leverages his comprehensive background—spanning from direct underground supervision to top-tier corporate strategy—to drive operational growth, optimize service delivery, and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency across the organization.
 

Is Managing Director and Founding Partner of Turnstone Industrial Solutions, LLC, based in Winchester, KY, USA. He also is a Director at ABC Canada Technology Group, Ltd, based in Saskatoon, SK, Canada. Paul has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, designing, developing and selling ventilation products and solutions across various industries using a range of base raw materials - including sheet metals, coated fabrics and composite polymers. After undergrad studies in Literature, Theology and Adolescent Counselling at few Canadian prairie universities, a side job working in the custom metal fabrication business pivoted his interest into crafting customer solutions, developing new products, vetting business opportunities and everything in-between.
