Adaptive resins for effective soil consolidation.

Marisil® resins represent highly effective solutions for soil consolidation, specifically designed to overcome the limitations of cementitious grouts. Their ability to migrate into fine cracks, work in water-bearing strata, and provide early bearing capacity makes them a versatile option.

Additionally, the capability to perform local and targeted injections, along with control over setting times, gives these resins valuable adaptability to the diverse challenges of construction and soil consolidation.

USE:
  • Strata consolidation.
  • Deep injection.
  • Tailored injection without expansion (when high compressive strength is required).
  • Waterproofing.
  • Ground consolidation in sandy ground.

Pillar Consolidation with Resin.

In sublevel caving operations, injectable resin can be used to consolidate weak or damaged pillars, creating a reinforced barrier in unstable ground.

By permeating fractures and binding the rock mass, the resin increases strength and stability, ensuring safe extraction of surrounding ore blocks.

This method allows mines to recover resources that would otherwise be inaccessible due to safety concerns, while minimizing risks of collapse and improving overall ground control.

USE:
  • Strata consolidation.
  • Deep injection.
  • Tailored injection without expansion (when high compressive strength is required).
  • Waterproofing.

Spilling with Resin-Injection Anchors.

When tunneling through poor-quality ground, over-excavation and cave-ins can compromise both safety and progress. By combining self-drilling anchors with resin injection, mines can stabilize fractured zones efficiently.

The anchors are installed while drilling, preventing borehole collapse, and their interconnected design allows drilling depths of up to 10 meters. Resin is injected through the hollow bars, filling cracks and binding the rock mass while linking anchor lines into a reinforced structure. With rapid curing, segmented injections are possible, reducing resin use and shortening application time.

USE:
  • Strata consolidation.
  • Deep injection.
  • Tailored injection without expansion (when high compressive strength is required).
  • Waterproofing.
  • Ground consolidation in sandy ground.
