Filling and sealing voids using expanding foams.

Cavity filling foams are used to quickly fill a collapsed area to stabilize ground or seal against water or gas. High expansion rates enable results from a minimum quantity of product being transported and pumped.

Rapid foaming properties make the foam easy to use with a minimum of framework. 

Marifoam® GS is specifically designed to provide the right solution for filling, consolidating and sealing in Hard Rock mines & Tunnelling.

Gallery recovery with foam resin.

Foam resin offers a safe and efficient alternative to bypass development when galleries collapse or large cavities form. By injecting foam directly from the gallery floor in multiple stages, unstable zones can be backfilled at a safe distance. 

The expanding resin provides active support to cavity walls and creates a protective roof, allowing excavation and frame installation to advance under safe conditions. This method not only stabilizes ground and prevents further rockfalls but also ensures faster, more economical gallery recovery compared to driving a bypass.
